Grace Lutheran School (GLS) serves many students in grades Preschool -8th Grade. GLS has a highly dedicated and veteran Christian teaching staff ready to make a difference in the lives of the students entrusted to their care. Our Christian School is located in the Downtown Glendale area. Grace Lutheran School currently serves students from Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Laveen, Phoenix, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, and even Wickenburg. GLS is a nationally accredited private school with certified teachers that has been training young hearts and minds in Christian education for over 80 years.
Academics
With high standards and a low student to teacher ratio, students at Grace Lutheran can strive to reach their full potential. Our students consistently do very well on standardized tests. Our graduates have succeeded in high school, college, and beyond.
Extracurricular activities
With a rich variety of extracurricular activities, students are able to grow outside of the classroom. Students compete with other schools in sports including basketball, volleyball, softball, and cross-country. We also offer drama, theatrical performances, speech, choir, and band lessons.
Learning in a Christian setting
The most important goal at Grace Lutheran is to lead all of our children to know Jesus Christ as their Savior. In addition to studying God’s word, each child has the opportunity to develop God-pleasing habits and values.
