When I was in 6th grade my mother asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. The answer that I gave her was, “A teacher.” I believe that Holy Spirit put that thought into my mind and heart. To become a teacher was my goal from 6th grade on. I love working with the students, seeing the “light” click on when a difficult concept is understood, helping them to live their faith, watching them being confirmed in that faith, and seeing them grow into adulthood. I love developing a rapport with them and having fun with them. It is my goal to make their learning an enjoyable experience and serve them in any way that I can. They give me so much in return.
Of all the schools in which I served, Grace is at the top. The congregation is committed to providing an excellent education for the students who attend Grace, as well as, providing an opportunity for the teaching staff to further their education. The faculty of Grace is a dedicated group of Christians who have the welfare of the students as their number one priority. The Christian love and concern is very evident in their dealing with the students and each other. I love being a part of Grace.
